To reduce physical interactions, all enrollments will be done virtually. All of our classes will be a hybrid course which means we will be offering both in-person and online instruction for as many of our programs as possible.

Frequenty Asked Questions

When do your next classes begin? How long is the program?
  • We are offering our programs for year-round with a new course starting every month
  • We offer 6 and 8-week classes with a variety of class times to fit almost every schedule.
  • 6 week classes are 3 days a week for Monday, Wednesday and Friday while the 8-week class is 2 days a week from Tuesday and Thursday schedule.
  • All classes will be only 3 hrs./day

How do you teach phelbotomy?
  • Hybrid course: Lecture discussion will be online and the Clinical Labs portion will be completed at your enrolled campus
What is a hybrid course?
  • A hybrid course, which means half of the course hours (24 hours) are completed online in the lecture, and the other half of the course hours (24 hours) will be completed at your enrolled campus for handson lab skills.
How much does it cost?
  • Please submit an inquiry form to get a total breakdown of the cost.
What are the requirements to register?
  • To register, we require a high school diploma/transcripts/GED; a valid Texas photo ID/ US Passport, and there is a $100 registration fee due at the time of enrollment. The registration fee does apply towards the total program price and our payment plans break down the remaining balance.
Do you accept financial aid, scholarship grants, scholarships, FAFSA, VA grants?
  • Unfortunately, we do not qualify for financial aid.
    However, we offer a flexible payment plan option.
Is your school accredited?
  • We are licensed through Texas Workforce Commission Career Schools & Colleges (TWCCSC) and accredited with Career Colleges & Schools of Texas (CCST), Career Education Colleges and Universities (CECU), and National Health career Association (NHA).
Do you help find jobs or have job placement services?
  • We are offering student job career assistance services, although no school can guarantee a job. We are dedicated to helping students find jobs and will assist in the student’s job search effort. We will also offer career services that will include but not limited to resume development, interviewing skills, job searches, and leads on job openings.
Can I visit and tour the facility before I register?
  • Unfortunately, we currently do not allow any visitors to come in as we are doing all enrollments virtually. If you decided to register, we will send you the link to the enrollment forms, along with the virtual tour video.
How can I get help for tuition assistance with the workforce (TWC)?
  • You will need to submit an application first to TWC. Once you get approved by them, please call us back to provide your caseworker information so we can start sending a bid lettter.
How do I register?
  • All enrollments will be done virtually as we are not allowing any visitors to come in. Please submit your online enrollment application then one of our admissions representative will reach out to provide more infomation to start the registration process.
Do I get a certificate after I graduate?
  • After you have completed the  course and  graduated, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Texas School of Phlebotomy to become a state-certified Phlebotomy Technician then you can start applying for jobs in the field.
